These plans are intended for healthy pets and do not include treatment for illnesses that may arise.
Puppy Health Care Plan Package

The plan generally starts at 8-9 weeks of age and continues to include all preventative care needed until 6-7 months of age. Plan may be altered based on age of puppy starting the package.

- Physical Wellness Examinations/Office Visits – generally 3-4 visits to complete series
- Includes full physical exam and consultation with the doctor each visit
- Vaccinations, including:
- Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus (DHPP) – 3 boosters
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
